I'm Dean Kwiatkoski — a Local Expert with Signature International Real Estate. I've spent over two decades helping buyers & sellers fulfill their real estate dreams. With a mortgage lending background, I have a skillset that most Realtors just don't. That means I don't just sell the home — I understand how an underwriter looks at your transaction. Meaning, I will help you secure a buyer who doesn't just want your home, but can actually cross the finish line.

Why work with an agent who was also a lender?
Most agents hand you off the moment financing comes up. I don't — because eleven of my twenty-plus years in this industry were spent in mortgage lending, and that side of the business never left me.
When you're buying, that means I can look at a pre-approval and tell you what it really means, spot a financing problem before it derails your closing, and speak your lender's language when timing gets tight. When you're selling, it means I can read a buyer's offer and tell you which one is most likely to actually close — not just which number looks biggest on paper.
Twenty-plus years in real estate, eleven of them spent understanding the money behind the deal. Most people only get one of those. You get both.
